Orders are prepared and posted within one to three working days using Royal Mail 24 or 48 hr tracked service for UK orders. International tracked for USA & worldwide.
Orders to the USA are now being sent USA postal delivery duties paid (PDDP) via Royal Mail. The 10% tariff will be added at the checkout and are added to Royal Mail shipping costs. This means they will arrive in the USA duties paid so there are no unexpected costs on arrival.
Orders shipped outside the UK (other than the USA) are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check, prior to placing an order, if you will need to pay any import duties, taxes & handling fees that may apply to your country of delivery.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods.
